Description:

This  Internal Specification is created to describe the product from the internal/developer perspective. The internal specification is used with the user scenarios to test the validity of the product design with tbe intended use.
 
Logical Architecture:

The Logical Architecture describes the software structure, components and behaviors of the system.
 
Physcial Architecture:

The Physical Architecture describes the hardware structure and components of the system.  This can include things like CPUs, busses, I/O interfaces, computers, peripherals, devices, et cetera.
 
Process Architecture:

The Process Architecture describes the concurrency, flow, performance views of the system.
 
Development Architecture:

The Development Architecture describes the development approach, tools and environment needed to build and develop the system.  This can also include the file layout.
